Developer Request: Monthly Updates

I was thinking about how many people feel like they don't know what's going on behind the scenes, and I was wondering if other people would find something like this helpful. It could be a unified post, or separate posts by each development team, but a once a month progress report that covers basic topics would help people to feel informed, included, and would serve as an excellent reference point for people that aren't able to spend all day looking for information.

How broad or technical it would was could vary depending on the topic, but it could serve as a tool to help people understand new opcodes, developments, what state they were in, and the decision making process behind them. It would also let people see what points of agreement (or disagreement) exist between the different teams, who's focusing on what, etc.

There was a fairly long video conference chat by a number of the developers that was personally really helpful to me when trying to understand CTOR and the new opcodes, where the bottlenecks were, what the priorities were and why. In short, anything you can share with the community will be greatly appreciated as we move forward, and might help to focus discussion.
