Best way to let merchants cash out to fiat on a regular basis?

Let's say I am a merchant wanting to accept BCH at the till .. whats the easiest way to turn money received in BCH into cash in my till? Is it basically bitpay vs coinbase? How about a solution that works outside of the US? Are there any open source solutions or solutions that are primarily focused just on the off-ramp part of the problem alone? Solutions that would enable multiple cryptocurrencies beyond just BCH?

Trying to set up a service that could potentially allow multiple vendors to get 'on board' with crypto but want to figure out the best solution to be able to recommend to them in terms of this part. Please don't tell me that they should keep their profits in Crypto. Yes, that will be an option for some but in many cases they have bills and supppliers that need to be paid in fiat so the overall solution needs to include both options.

Any help much appreciated. Thanks!
