Why are there so many Bitcoin addresses with 8.000 BTC, ~42 ins und 0 outs?

I recently checked a list of the biggest bitcoin addresses and there has been a significant high amount of addresses with exactly 8.000 BTC and almost all of them are around 42 ins and 0 outs.

Coincidence?

I checked those addresses again. All addresses I checked are from december 2018 and I could count around 100 of them.
