Is there a way to see the precise time of when a transcaction was sent out?
I'm a developer. I'm not really knowledgeable in bitcoin development yet.
Say, I'm using Electrum wallet. I share an address with someone. The thing is that I need that that someone to pay a certain amount of BTC within a certain time-window, 15-30-60 minutes. It's because I have products that are priced in fiat money.
That person will send me BTC. I may open a wallet not right away but in 12-30 hours, to check incomming payments. Or there may be delays in BTC network, right?
Is the precise date and time of *when* a payment was *sent* attached to a transcaction and can it be retrieved? How, where?

Serious issues with Bitcoin ABC dev team
Guys, this latest drama with Amaury bulldozing through his Trashberg DAA is too much. IFP was bad enough, now Amaury is steamrolling over all logical debate AND f*cking around with the BCH block interval. Changing the block interval is a SERIOUS change with broad repercussions for smart comtracts, and more importantly, it changes the rate of coin issuance and hence the BCH inflation rate!
We simply CANNOT have this insane tyrant running the reference implementation for BCH. The BCH Node team seems to be solid but it's extra work for them to maintain that codebase and it can't succeed unless more miners switch to it.
IMHO the pressure of the frequent hard fork schedule is causing this drama to happen every few months. Perhaps the BCHN team should just maintain a stable older version of ABC and miners can band together and resist any further hard forks at all until ABC is either rational or Amaury is gone? Thinking out loud here.

Is there a "Receive Payments" API for BCH?
I'm looking for something just like this except for Bitcoin Cash instead of Bitcoin:
https://www.blockchain.com/api/api_receive
To be specific, I'd like to be able to programmatically create a unique address for each user (so I know whose subscription to add time onto), and provide a callback url to be hit when a transaction occurs (so I know I need to add time to a subscription).
Do you guys know of an API for BCH that can do those two things?

the most important thing for Amaury/abc is not making BCH batter
the most important thing for Amaury/abc is not making BCH batter , but making Amaury/abc more important.
for example:
other developers: we have finished the code of new DAA, please copy and paste
Amaury: no, I have to writer another to prove that it is me who finish the job of fixing DAA
other developers: to fix the limit of unconfirmed TX ,just simply disable CPFP( almost no one uses the function)
Amaury: no, we have to do a lot of work to fix memory pool ,please donate

CEO of the US Dollar, Mnuchin, said today he only wants to print $1 Trillion dollars in the next coronavirus stimulus package to help stablize the dollar. (compared to the Euro who announced to print $2 trillion euro)
lol fiat currency be like we're not as bad as those other fiat currencies, we only print half as many trillions this month

Can someone explain this "coin issuance" thing that apparently ABC has modified along with the DAA fix?
How is the coin issuance schedule been affected on BCH?

Bitcoin Cash vs Ethereum
Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum are both cryptocurrencies that seek to win mainstream adoption based on capturing various usecases.
Although Ethereum is currently the industry standard in decentralized applications, that could change for the worst.
Eth 2.0 looks like its going to be an extremely risky operation. One-way peg with bad liquidity, uprooting an entire decentralized community and forcing them into a new foriegn environment, and the difficulty bomb on ETH 1.0 which could cause users' funds to be trapped later down the road if they dont switch to the ETH 2.0 chain.
In my opinion, the risks associated with ETH 2.0 outweigh the risk associated with BCH possibly having a contentious chain split due to infighting. But time will tell.
I am on this subject because Avalanche mainnet isnt released yet, so i have to be hedged with something until then. Also even after this, i plan to dollar cost average and recommend others do the same.
BCH does have a couple cool things going for it which should be aknowledged. The Stamp private messenger, cashfusion, local.bitcoin.com, and a few others.
Ive been too hard on BCH in the past, i do think it has good usecases and utility captured that give it some legitimacy as a money product.

I’m investing in my sisters future
I have 2 sisters and decided last week I was going to order a hardware wallet and slowly add bitcoin to it overtime. I’m already at $165. I’m planning on getting a second for my other sister in the next few months.
My plan is to let them know/give them the present once they graduate in 1-2 years. I’m going to give them the option of taking the wallet and not taking any out until it teachers 1btc atleast or I will give them the cash equivalent of what’s saved at the time, probably 1k each.
Just thought this was a great idea I would share. My plan is to teach them about BTC while investing in their futures.
I’m 23 if that helps so they’re both 20 or under and not familiar with crypto or investing in general

BTC-BCH ratio.
BCH is still near ATL in ratio to BTC. In the past there has been enthusiasm and news that helped BCH to remain relevant as a hodl. I feel as though ever since the BSV split the momentum has really fractured to a much smaller minority of supporters. I have a diverse basket of cryptos in the top 10 marketshare range. I continually consider using BCH as a deeper position, but the hatred for the coin in the greater space keeps me reticent. I do use BCH for exchange transfers and basic transactions. I find it’s the easiest, cheapest, and most efficient to use. So how is the community going to honestly be able to deconstruct and rebuild it’s image/brand after the muckraking over these past years?
I don’t want to hear the same stuff about adoption, bitcoin cash is bitcoin and the dumbasses of the world will discover that themselves (they won’t), or about how bad bitcoin itself is. It’s still the first mover and clearly has every conceivable advantage to remain a speculative mainstay for years and years to come. There’s no flippening’s happening any time soon, and in fact the ratio keeps draining out.
What’s the real next moves for BCH? Why should I go heavier on my position? Where are the buyers?
