miniscript forward-compatible framework for bitcoin script usage and customization

Miniscript automates spending script satisfaction, so miniscript enabled wallets will be forward-compatible and capable of signing new scripts. How this works is the miniscript finalizer is able to figure out how to sign any miniscript, even yet to be written or user custom ones. PSBT (Partially Signed Bitcoin Transactions) is a format for passing around and coordinating stages of multi-signing. miniscript automates partial and final signing of PSBT stages. before miniscript, PSBT formats needed hand coded template matching for new scripts and application specific signers. miniscript automates the partial signatures, and the full signature at finalizer stage.

Celebrating Bitcoin Halvening

Dear fellows,

what do you think: should we celebrate the upcoming Bitcoin halvening? In a video chat fashion manner, virtual conference or something comparable? Would be great fun and I would be all for it.

What's your take? Or is there already something planned and I missed it?

I know i know i know just buy and hold. I sold all at 9,950 a couple weeks ago, then bought all back in again two days ago at 10,550. Then today bought some more. The worst part is I know im going to continue to mess up, not looking for help just have to vent and want to know if there are other people who want to vent about their own mistakes (not others mistakes)

Found an old post of mine from 2014 calling out scams in /r/Bitcoin (I did not change, but /r/Bitcoin did. Sad!

Can't believe I'm still calling out scams today. Here's one from five years ago!

https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2dqrmx/coindesk_is_deleting_comments_that_question_the/?st=k0a1tywu&sh=0a1cbe1e

Josh Garza's rhetoric reminds me a lot of progPOW's rhetoric that Kristy-Leigh Minehan uses when she conducts her social engineering attack on our friends over at /r/ethereum. A lot of populist/socialist arguments about "bringing mining back for the people," and "big bad manufacturers."

Who knows, maybe someone will believe me about her, too.

Reading this post again brings me back to the good days when Blockstream had not yet completely banned all intelligentsia from their yet-to-be captured subreddit. I'm banned now, too, of course.
