Can someone explain BU (and other implementation's) "Automatic Chain Pruning" feature? If a node prunes automatically, how do new nodes get bootstrapped?

Are operators who configure BU nodes to automatically prune hoping that someone else will keep the full blockchain to bootstrap new nodes?

I Do Not believe any version of a DAA will fix BCH block time problems

I could not find all the usernames heavily involved in making the DAA better. Please consider my solution here: Even tho the focus was 10 min block times, I believe there are many many more benefits.

Amaury's Master Plan: Pushing Grasberg to allow for IFP down the road

So Amaury creates a fork using Grasberg getting rid of a bunch of his opponents. This will allow him to try and implement IFP down the road. Just looking at this using standard game theory.
