One of the keys to Apple's success is Apple's an incredibly collaborative company. Also note the amount of times "Teamwork" was being said by Steve Jobs. This is what a great leader understands. This is relevant to improving Bitcoin Cash's culture.

Blockchain in the age of deep fakes

So now that essentially everything digital can be relatively easily manufactured.

I'm reminded of the end of legendary comic - Transmetropolitan. Where there is an archive where journalists log all their sources.

Using a time stamp and a hash of original video and photos, logged into the blockchain. That any "legitimate" article, would refference the original material?

This wouldn't stop deep fakes altogether. But would prevent people using OTHER people's digital content.

A great podcast on the state of deep fakes https://chtbl.com/track/39E17/traffic.megaphone.fm/CAD3593718798.mp3 * Episode feed: Cautionary Tales - https://feeds.megaphone.fm/cautionarytales

Damnit, I had this thought, while listening to this podcast. In the last 10 mins I discover concept already exists, called "controlled capture". But probably going to be increasingly required.

Where to store less than $1k in BTC?

I have convinced a friend to buy some bitcoin, they used shakepay as the onramp.

Where is the best place for them to store it? I've read paper wallets are no longer the thing. It's not realistic for them to buy a ledger for the amount that they're holding.

Any suggestions? Much appreciated

Investing in 1 coin

Finally bought half a coin and will buy another half soon. I have it on coin base and want to transfer to a cold storage option. I have a ledger unopened but a part of me is worried it’s hackable In some way. Any ideas?

What will happen to your btc when you die?

I was just thinking, financial freedom comes with a lot of challenges that many don't necessarily think about. One of them is the issue of death. Ideally, I'd like to pass my btc to my loved ones when I die.

How many of you have a plan already in place to bequeath your btc when the grim reaper comes knocking?
