ASERT Specification

Does anyone have the official specification for ASERT DAA?

Also, was the final chosen ASERT candidate algorithm the real-time targeting (RTT) variant or the one that uses the last-block time? If not, what specific reason was RTT rejected?

Also, Mark Lundberg had a LaTeX PDF of this algorithm, does anyone have URL for it?

I am using this algo in a new crypto and I would like to credit the appropriate person(s) in the whitepaper, who invented this?
