I am 1 years old, haven’t learnt to walk or speak yet. I heard investing as early as possible is the best way to go. Looking to DCA in at $2 a month. Is it possible for me to be a millionaire in 10 years?

I hope everyone has been enjoying and profiting from the recent bull-run.
I have been trading through Coinbase since 2017 and initially the service was great. The UI was neat, the fees were acceptable and the support was responsive. I made a decent investment into Bitcoin and Ethereum, and have recently been steadily cashing out my gains. Or I would be, if the support and UI had not degraded to the point where I am hoping that this post might somehow catch the eyes of someone at Coinbase willing to lend a hand - since their support team obviously is not.
Coinbase required all users to verify their ID by December 31st 2020 if they wished to continue trading, otherwise their accounts would be limited to withdrawals only. Coinbase offered 3 options to do this: 1) mobile upload 2) file upload 3) webcam, as possibilities for sending in images verifying my identity.
I tried using all 3 methods dozens of times, but I could never get unstuck from a default page saying my ID is pending verification/unable to verify, and a banner alerting me that if I don't verify by December 31st 2020 they would limited my account to withdrawals only. Coinbase also promised to send updates of the verification process by email - I have not received a single one. The process should take around 1-several days to complete - I first started trying to verify in mid-December, and there has been radio silence since.
Now Coinbase has updated it's warning - not only is my account already limited to withdrawals, but I am now also in danger of being offboarded by November 30th 2020 if I do not verify my ID! I have sizable assets on the exchange which I under no circumstances can afford to lose, but Coinbase is now threatening to seize them if I do not verify through their faulty system - something I have desperately been trying to do for weeks!
As a final blow - as of today I have been receiving error messages when logging into my account successfully, saying that I should attempt a hard refresh. Now I can no longer even affirm that my assets are truly there. I am frankly scared and upset that I cannot access my money anymore, and cannot believe that of all the pitfalls in crypto, getting the exchange to respond to its customer is not one I expected or frankly could have imagined would be such a nightmare.
If anyone here can help me, be they from Coinbase or otherwise savvy, I would be endlessly grateful for your support. I will be updating this post whenever some sort of progress is made, so that others in a similar situation can potentially benefit from my experience.
Edit 1: Thank you to everyone responding in the comment section. I am very glad to see different people offering their input and advice, and u/coinbasesupport has directly contacted me.
I would like to address several commenters saying that I should store my crypto in a cold wallet, should have known better than to keep coins on an exchange or should not trust Coinbase.
I believe I was unclear in precisely what the issue is: From 2017 onwards I have used Coinbase Pro/Gdax to trade cryptos, and every time I made a transaction from a fiat currency to a cryptocurrency, I subsequently pulled my crypto assets off the exchange and stored them in my ledger wallet - a "cold" or offline storage device, a memory stick for cryptos if you will. Check out https://www.ledger.com/ for more information.
As any of you who sell Bitcoin know however, once you wish to convert your assets back into fiat, you must put them back up on the exchange to sell them. I was also able to sell my cryptos for fiat - no complaints with the service there. The problem is specifically related to a login/verification issue, not an account breach or disappearance of funds. If anything, I too recommend anyone who has significant crypto assets to store their holding offline.
I have recently been able to access my account again (which was not possible for approximately 4h today) and can confirm that my assets are still intact, but I still cannot make any trades, and verification is pending. I will keep you posted once they send me an email and further issues are clarified.
