Lately I've been posting things for sale on Craigslist/FB groups/etc. I always will list the item for its $USD amount first, but then offer a % discount if they pay in BTC. This helps get the narrative out there that BTC is a legitimate currency, and people will do their own research since buying with BTC helps give them a discount instead of paying in cash.
The trick is to list the item in cash a bit higher than what you actually want to sell for. Say you want to sell an item for $100, what you do is list it for $120 but say that you will also take $100 in BTC only.
If we can get more people doing this, it could help spread mass adoption!
There was a post on the crypto reddit which reminded me of this issue, as my problem is exactly the same.
After signing up to Binance they send you marketing emails about new tokens... okay fair enough.
But then if you unsubscribe and/or mark them as spam/block them, Binance will send you marketing emails from a different sudomain to bypass the block.
I think this is illegal, and is a really shady practice. We should tell them to stop doing this.
