Community, I'm Gerson Arellano, Founder of Bitcoin Cash Animal Rescue. Project with which I've dedicated to providing help to street animals. Unfortunately my vehicle has broken down and the repairs exceed my budget (costs $400), so I will have to give a break to my project. This mainmete, because without my car, it becomes almost impossible for me to be able to move all over my city so that I can reach as many animals as possible, especially by transporting all the material that I must use for this activity. I do not like to communicate this kind of thing, but because of the great receptivity that this project has had, I feel that I have a very great commitment to this community and this is something that I must communicate. You can be sure that once I can solve this problem I will come back very strongly, but until then I will have to take on this pause. [link] [comments] |
Since hashrate follows price, it also means that when the price hikes, hash power comes back/moves towards both BTC and BCH. With BTC's 2016-blocks DAA change it could mean a massive spike which would mean the market, if they really care that is, need to coordinate their price pumps with each epoch.
On the other hand, BCH's DAA calculates for every next block to reduce oscillations with a two-day half-life. (SPECULATION FOLLOWS) If by chance, that someone decided to fully block BCH from getting mined, people can just go and run GPU miners while the difficulty massively drops and we still get 10-minute averages. (SPECULATION END)
Peer to peer cash removes intermediaries like Banks and credit cards, while LN is a bait and switch into custodial wallets (intermediaries). [link] [comments] |
Saw this post in the daily discussion:
"All these idiotic YouTubers were promising it would go to 70K. I listened, dropped 25K on it and lost 1K. Fucked up, man. I hate this shit."
Let's ignore the fact that this poster yolo'ed into a play via YouTube info or the fact this may be a troll post.
I think this encompasses the wrong mindset investing in bitcoin, once you're in you should not be trying to judge your fiat gains on your original fiat investment.
The only thing you should be focused on is owning enough bitcoin when this inevitably starts to go mainstream. It's now a race to get your ticket on the ride and the ship is boarding now.
