I just made a £9 BCH transaction for $2.40 :(

Okay I admit its on me but still, it really surprised me how the fee was even able to be so high.

The reason it was high was coz I set up a wallet for noise.cash and obviously this means loads of small transactions. As with btc if you're wallet holds lots of small transactions the fee tends to be higher. That's fair, i cant exactly resent that now can I? Regardless though, ouch

Anyways, what I want people (especially noobs) to take from this is have a separate wallet attached to noise.cash if you have it and move it to your main wallet as a lump sum. If you get paid directly to your main wallet it'll be a bitch to move.

(idk if its relevant but it was atomic wallet)

Why was the "sharable link" feature in bitcoin.com wallet implemented they way that it was ? wouldn't it have been much more simpler and infinitely more robust to simply send the WIF info as the "link" ?

Using the WIF data as the link, a 3rd party never has to have access to your coins.

Voyager

So I use voyager as I’m pretty new at this but I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t have stop loss because I have missed out on a couple trades due to me falling asleep and not selling before the drop. What is a good app to use that has stop loss?

The guy in this article looks at BTC exactly how someone from the 1920s would have looked at the Visa network if you explained it to them years before it started.
