If you think that getting into debt for the house of your dreams is not worth it probably it won't be worth it to sell your satoshis either and you will probably regret selling your satoshis later. It is better to borrow against your assets than to pay capital gains taxes at least in the US, especially if CG taxes go beyond 15%.

My Lightning node finished syncing!
But I need channels... How do I decide which nodes to open channels with, and how do I convince people to open channels with me? Is this a process that takes days or can I receive a LN payment from a friend & buy some delicious ln.pizza by tonight?
