Selling BCHA/XEC from US

Hello, I'm trying to find a US exchange that has BCHA or XEC trading pairs.

Coinex technically has trading pairs, but the volume is so low that it's really only trading in name.

The discussion around LN and debates have been scarce in last few years.

Has there been any significant developments or discoveries?
Has LN gained more adoption?
Has LN grown significantly?
Does LN have more decentralised hub network?
Are there any user friendly phone wallets for LN?
Is onboarding simpler?
Are there still the same limitations - having to be online to receive payments?

Are there much more goods and services that support LN purchases?

Does anyone have a good, recent unbiased analysis of this?
