Does anyone know why Roger Ver holds so much bitcoin but is openly hostile towards it?

I understand holding both if you think both are useful but roger says bitcoin is crippled, corrupt, useless and outdated. But at the same time he continues to hold extremely large amounts. Does anyone know what his justification is?

The worst part about all this money laundering scandal is that they are doing it with intermediaries, leaving paper trail and probably paying high fees. They’re not even good at being criminals. Sad. 😢
