as far as spending and use metrics are taken in consideration, BCH is being used much more vs BTc taking a look at bitinfocharts data for today , i can see that only 6 percent of BTC mkt cap was sent in last 24hrs , while almost a third of BCH mkt cap was sent in the same period. this implies , in my opinion, that BTC is being mostly used for hodling, price speculation and exchange pairing ... while BCH is being used for actual transaction settlements take a look https://i.redd.it/oqieksbjmqz21.png both BTC and BCH have roughly ~17 million coins in circulation ,however, almost7 million BCH was sent in last 24hrs while only 1 million BTC was sent . !
