When did Ledger go full Blockstream mode?

I used Ledger to send some BTC today (after some time) and noticed a few things:

• "View in Explorer" button links to the Blockstream explorer (I haven't seen the setting to change that!)
• There is no possibility to change the rate provider to Coinbase Pro (which is hated by most BTC maximalists/Blockstream competition) but there is a handful of obscure rate providers like Bitlish, Crex24...)
• The transaction fee value is not shown in USD (in my case a few dollars or a hefty % of the transaction value)

Are those folks so in love with Blockstream, bribed by them or something I'm missing?
