Is there a BCH platform/wallet where you can setup a contest and after voting ends winner automatically gets the money

We have N contestants, each give their wallet addresses

Voting is done on the blockchain (this should have a UI where voting can be done and monitored)

After a given time period voting ends

The prize is sent to the winner automatically
