What is Noise.cash platform?

I'm wondering if anybody here can help me? The BCH I received from noise cash used to be automatically transferred to my wallet. Now, there needs to be confirmation. The problem is, It's asking for Source Exchange. I don't quite understand what that means and would greatly appreciate your help.
