I wrote a longer explanation in another reddit group of what happened to me and having come to some acceptance of the situation, it still doesn't change the fact that after living life the right way and going out of my way to be what I think is a "pretty nice guy" that I was hacked and someone who doesn't know me, took me for almost all we had.
I am not rich. I'm no big time investor who can absorb this. They took what little I had invested AND they took our rent money. Rent money I need to house 2 little kids and a wife.
If by some off chance you, the perpetrator reads this and given the details realizes I am the one who you robbed. This is what you've done. You have devasted me today and you have caused a GIANT argument between my spouse and me regarding online safety. We have quite literally no idea what we are going to do.
Regarding what said perp did. I was hit for exactly $1046.48 out of my debit card as a crypto purchase from Cryptodotcom. I was also hit for almost exactly 5000 TRX.
As described in my previous post that you can find by looking through my other posts attached to my profile, they were somehow able to get past my email confirmation, Google Authenticator and trading password. How? I am bewildered. I don't claim to know it all in the crypto space being still fairly new to the environment but, I'm a pretty bright individual and I was under the impression I was being careful.
In any case, if you've read this far. I am begging you. I AM BEGGING YOU. If you can do anything to help, we don't know what we are going to do. We have an 8 year special needs child that Naomi stays home with along with our 3 year old. I am the sole income earner.
I have never asked anyone for anything like this however have always been first in line to help others when I can.
I guess I'm just hoping at some point I had paid it forward enough to come full circle because right now, man, this is where I need it most.
Please don't be mean all. If you can't help or don't want to, I get that, I really do but please, it's been a pretty shitty morning and I'll be reading the replies.
