Questions about the November hardfork and OP_CHECKDATASIGVERIFY

  1. Is OP_CHECKDATASIGVERIFY one of the original Bitcoin opcodes that is being reenabled?
  2. Are all the implementations of BCH going to support OP_CHECKDATASIGVERIFY, or just BitcoinABC?
  3. In the hardfork/upgrade schedule, is there a cutoff for when the suggested features for the upgrade are decided on, and how much earlier is that cutoff than the code cutoff date?

I just want to know more about what is going on so I can form my own opinions.
