How is legislation dealt with with regards to digital asset creation on Liquid? KYC, AML etc? I know Blockstream isn't an STO but it facilitates digital security/asset creation. All STO platforms are dealing with this head on.
And how would anyone know that the underlying asset of its digitised form even exists?
