Why I love the Edge Wallet for iOS

I really love the Edge Wallet for iOS (and it is also available for Android).

I feel like the Edge Wallet is a wallet that is absolutely simple enough for brand new beginners to use, but it also has dozens of customizable settings that make it perfectly suitable for intermediate & advanced users as well. It has something for everyone, no matter what your skill level or knowledge level is.

And, the Edge Wallet lets you create an unlimited number of individual wallets within the wallet app itself — and each wallet can be for whatever coin you prefer. Even though I only use BCH myself, the app supports about 30 different coins. And I can even have multiple different BCH wallets within the same app!

It also has a built-in splitting tool to split your pre-fork BCH into both BCH & BSV. Tap one button and your BCH is instantly split.

And then, you can even exchange your coins right from within the app itself! So, for example, you could exchange your BSV for BCH right from within the app itself... without having to jump into a completely separate app like Evercoin (which is also an excellent exchange app).

I find the Edge Wallet user interface to be very intuitive, extremely easy to navigate, and all the advanced settings are easy to find as well (but slightly out-of-sight so as not to confuse or overwhelm beginning users).

There are so many dozens of other great & thoughtful features as well, so I'm really not doing the wallet justice by just mentioning a few of its features.

But probably the #1 best feature of all is one that many people don't think about too often: CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

In the world of cryptocurrency, it is almost impossible to find good customer service or customer support. Even a multibillion dollar company like Coinbase offers extremely weak customer service. But the people at Edge Wallet offer the most responsive & most helpful & most caring customer support that I have ever encountered in the entire cryptocurrency space. I've never experienced anything like it. They are as good as Apple used to be in the Steve Jobs days. They respond almost immediately to support requests, they are helpful, they are intelligent, they are Americans who speak perfect English, they know their stuff, and they want to help.

Meanwhile, most of the other wallet apps offer no customer support at all. In fact, I just came off a terrible experience with the btc.com wallet (owned by Bitmain), and I highly recommend that everyone avoid Bitmain's terrible btc.com wallet at all costs. Not only does the btc.com wallet offer almost no features at all, but the btc.com wallet lost all of my BSV coins after I attempted to use their fatally flawed "BSV Extraction Tool", and the people at btc.com never responded to ANY of my emails over a several month period. To repeat: Bitmain's btc.com wallet support team never responded to ANY of my support requests. Over a several month period. So the btc.com wallet — like many other wallets — has absolutely zero customer support at all. Even when their product has a flaw in it. So btc.com is the absolute worst.

But then there's Edge Wallet. Edge Wallet is focused on actually building a GREAT product with a GREAT company behind it with GREAT people who actually care. And their product is amazing! There are so many great things about the whole Edge Wallet experience that I didn't even mention here. But you can check it out for yourself.

So yes, in summary, Edge Wallet is my favorite wallet. :)
