I would like to seek for your advice on how my bitcoin has been gone from my ledger Nano S. I stored 1 bitcoin on my Nano S on June 12th 2018. I did not look into until a couple of days ago.
When I opened my bitcoin wallet on Nano S, it shows the balance is 0. I can see there is an transaction in my account saying that this one bitcoin had been transferred to another address 3DNRVfGJX2EMNK78jdpyFtWhur9fQbETqU on Jan 29th 2019. My ledger was in my safe for the whole time and no one else would know my pin or seeds. Would anyone have any idea how this could happen ? does it have something to do with Nano live ? any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
