For those asking: Yes, there is an address publicly tied to @Bitcoin that the owner can sign with.

If we look at entry #55 of the SLP torch: https://m4ktub.github.io/bch-torch/ we see that @usatie passed the torch to @Bitcoin

@Bitcoin then passed the torch to @CryptoPanda15. This transaction has been logged and is so far the only transaction publicly associated with the @Bitcoin (that we know of). I personally know another address since the account owner paid me for some development work one time, but I'm not sharing unless they specifically say it's okay for me to (which I doubt will ever happen).

Looking at transaction we see an SLP address and a BCH address tied to @Bitcoin. https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch/tx/170614918e45f443ac7d61fb8a82f8c3f123b43218928a0055d984b435ea1be9

So, if he ever wanted to sign, he can do it.

Thanks to /u/imaginary_username for pointing this out.
