I truly believe blockchain.poker has the potential to be a seriously killer app that could appeal to millions of mainstream online poker players

I've been a casual online poker player since the beginning of online poker. I've never played with big money, but I've always enjoyed throwing down $10 or $20 at bodog or pokerstars once in a while and having some fun. The problem with this is that it there is always a lot of hassle and trust involved for such little money. I would end up paying $15 to play with that $10 because of processing fees. I would have to show my id before they'd even let me play and I would have to trust the company to pay out if I end up winning, which included even more fee's and a long delay. I also have friends in other countries who couldn't play with me because of laws and regulations against online poker. There are so many problems and pain-points with current online poker platforms.

All of these problems are solved by blockchain.poker. Just the fact that I can deposit and withdraw instantly is a gamechanger. You are in full control of your money the entire time, just like you would be at a real, physical poker table. you don't depend on any approval, whatsoever, from a company or government. I can't get over how incredible this is. To make it even better, the rake is less than pretty much any mainstream poker site.

I truly believe this has the potential for massive appeal with the millions of mainstream online poker-players, they just don't know about it yet. Not to mention, the millions of people who would like to play online poker, but don't bother because it's too much of a hassle involving fee's, regulations, etc.

After just finishing up a BCH game with some strangers, I truly believe that Blockchain.poker has true killer app potential. We just need to figure out a marketing strategy to bring the attention of mainstream pokers players and show them the benefits. This market is massive. Just look at how many views poker games get on Youtube.
