My bank account got blocked (temporarily) and I cant use it to take my BTC out of Kraken, is there a different option?

So I did not pay some stupid pet fee in my apartment building, and Germans escalate this really quickly, so my bank account is temporarily blocked.

Xmas is coming and i cant take them out INTO my account right now.

The Kraken account is ok, and I do not want to use "local bitcoins", it is a pain to find people.

Is there any way to send BTC to an app and use it to pay in dollars/euros/etc?
