Tax software: TokenTax is horrible... horrible customer service. they just don't care.

So I wanted to try it out and paid for one year of tax calcs. Unfortunately, unlike all of their peers, TokenTax won't allow for refunds.

I loaded up some demo transactions to test it out and realized it's not what i'm looking for. There's no audit trail to see how the gains/losses and cost basis is being calculated. Anyhow. Highly disappointed.
