The changes, yearly or bi-annually, have the effect of hampering the usecase of money.
So the risk with regular changes is that we may never get the tipping point for world wide usage of Bitcoin Cash.

No. Bitcoin Cash has a road map to build sound money. We need upgrades. BCHN is trying to derail Bitcoin Cash by removing a important schelling point that get us there.
