Crypto-Project with real application for Affiliate Marketing / Rewards

Hello community - I wonder if there is a REAL project out there which properly facilitates a crypto-token for Affiliate Marketing or Rewards/ Loyalty payments?

I know there are many useless projects/ platforms out there, and also to actually create an reward token economy with the right supply <> demand is not easy... Hence my question - any solid project out there yet?
