PSA: RE "ABC will reorg the BCH(N) chain" - all it takes is a short burst of 10+ BCH blocks and ABC permanently splits off due to reorg protection.

Since I'm seeing this talking point repeated continuously I think it's good to debunk it once and for all.

The ABC side is spreading FUD about how BCHN miners can have their blocks orphaned and that's why exchanges might be reluctant to use BCHN - Grasberg was removed by ABC just to make this possible and to make that scenario sound plausible (playing dirty, which makes it a clear malicious act but that's for another day)

It's true that this is possible in theory but there is a really simple way for BCHN miners to prevent this from happening very quickly and permanently - just use a short burst of hashing power to mine 10+ blocks on top of BCH(N) chain at which point reorg protection kicks in and it's impossible for ABC to ever reorg the BCH chain from then on.

This is likely to take place very quickly right after the fork. No need to manually invalidate a block, no need for any manual action at all, this will sync all BCH nodes on the network and splits of ABC into their own chain. Stop the FUD.
