I posted over a week ago about a large business I’ve been trying to help get set up with BitPay to process BCH payments.
They were initially very excited but it has been over a month of no-communication from BitPay during the document approval process.
We’ve reached out many times and got nothing back. I finally heard back from someone on Reddit and replied with the business information, but they have still not been contacted.
