When I try to explain bitcoin cash to people, I inevitably end up talking about the scaling debate and the fork in 2017. I find this increasingly problematic, because 1) It’s a fairly complex thing to explain, and 2) It happened five years ago.
So I am wondering- is it possible for BCH to take off without people understanding its history? The scaling debate seems to have become part of the BCH community’s identity , but it increasingly sounds like ancient history.
