App tha allows you to make Fiat payable bitcoin invoices.

Does anybody know if an app exists that allows me to send a payment request that can be payed in fiat but is recieved by me in btc?

I want people to pay me in bitcoin but al lot of times they cant be bothered to set up wallet or download an app buy some btc themselves and pay me with it.
