BOI AXA MF has appointed Mr. Sachin Parekh as Senior Manager and Dealer – Equity and designated him as a Key Person from August 01, 2018.
The 39-year-old Parekh has completed B.Com and Postgraduate Diploma in Finance and Marketing. He has more than 13 years of experience in Financial Services and Capital Market.
Prior to joining the BOI AXA Asset Management Company, Parekh has worked at IDFC Securities Ltd from December 2015 to July 2018, Sharekhan Ltd from August 2014 to December 2015, and Systematix Shares & Stock Broker from December 2010 to August 2013.
He has also worked at Societe Generale & New Edge Broker (I) Pvt Ltd from September 2006 to October 2010, and Asit C Mehta Investment Intermediate Ltd from July 2003 to August 2006.
Mr. Arun Prasad Gangadhar was the former Key Person of BOI AXA Investment Managers Private Limited. He was also the former Head – Sales & Business Development at the BOI AXA MF.
At present, Gangadhar has been re-designated as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the fund house with effect from August 02, 2018, based on the information in a Notice-cum-Addendum of the fund house.
The Asset Management Company announced the appointment of Parekh in the Notice-cum-Addendum, according to KJMC.
Recently BOI AXA Mutual Fund stated that Mr. Parshuram Panda has ceased to be an Associate Directors of the AMC from July 23, 2018, based on another report from KJMC. Panda became the Associate Director on the Board of BOI AXA Investment Managers Private Limited from May 20, 2018.
BOI AXA MF is a partnership between Bank of India (BOI) and AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM), according to the details available in the official website of the fund house. The alliance has brought together the huge network and Indian market experience of the Bank of India and the global financial management proficiency of the AXA Investment Managers. The AUM of the fund house is 5655 crore Rupees as of June 30, 2018.
