To all those people who argue that ABC owns the name Bitcoin Cash: they don't.
Why? Because a decentralized system is not a software product.
They own the name Bitcoin ABC, that's what they made.
Bitcoin Cash was not made by them, but by thousands of people who decided to join and help build and promote the ecosystem.
If one guy says "Let's build Titanic", and then thousands pitch in to build it, the guy cannot then say: "OK, you all there, buzz off, this is mine now because it was my idea".
So wherever those tens of thousands people go, that's where Bitcoin Cash will be. Whatever client they decide to run.
The worst case scenario is if the community splits roughly in half. Then it's unclear who gets the name. Probably both, until one of them dies.
And a personal note: appeals to trademark law are especially disgusting. What kind of a cyberpank are you? What are you doing in cryptoland? Go back to your banks.
