XMAX To Launch Its Blockchain Wallet XToken Trial Edition

XMAX Technology recently launched a trial edition of its blockchain wallet, XToken wallet. Its Beijing-based R&D department made the announced a few days ago. The trial edition of XToken wallet can be downloaded from the Apple App Store. However, the trial edition is not available for the users in mainland China.

The XToken wallet uses the native application development framework of Apple and Swift 4.1. The development team’s head said that the wallet offers all the basic functions that are a part of general transactions including importing existing wallets, wallet creation, transaction records, checking balances, supporting to display the value of virtual assets in native currencies, and real-time currency values.

The wallet supports cryptocurrency transactions including receiving and sending virtual currencies using QR code for scanning as well as monitoring the progress of the transaction. The R&D team of XMAX technology has come up with a separate wallet for Android and iOS platforms for security reasons. That is why, the department has used their native frameworks instead of using cross-platform, an open framework.

The team leader has said that the XToken blockchain wallet has a significant addition in the form of the blockchain DApp browser. This browser is equipped with multiple functions including those that are a part of regular browsers and also some more. The additional feature allows users to interact as well as receive payments through the browsers with decentralized applications based on Ethereum platform, says Coinspeaker. In the coming days, DAapp browser will function as an entry point for the ecosystem of XMAX.

The blockchain wallet will display and recommend small applications supporting the services based on paying with XMX tokens or XMAX chain. Apart from XMAX, Via Varejo, a Brazilian retail giant, has also partnered with Airfox, a blockchain payment service, says CoinTelegraph. Via Varejo has decided to integrate the digital banking platform of Airfox on its online retail platform. So just as XMAX, more companies are keen to use blockchain wallet option for streamlining online payment options.
