I made a purchase on purse.io with BCH. I sent the payment and thought all was fine. An hour or so later I checked back and it said I had an unconfirmed purchase. That was yesterday morning. I have reached out to Purse.io help center. THe first time I heard nothing. THe second time I simply wrote is anyone there and didn't include the problem or the proof of address the payment was sent to. I got a quick response. When I answered back with the information I had in the initial message I sent I have heard nothing again.
Anyone have any tricks they used to expedite handling this sort of thing?
