After my question here, I successfully purchased items on AliExpress using BCH. Here's the process:

1. Create an account on WebMoney. ---------------------------Takes about 15 mins.
2. Upload a picture of your ID. ----------------------------------Takes about a day or two to verify.
3. Load up BCH (WMH) and convert them to USD (WMZ). ----Takes about 2-3 hours to appear on your account.
4. Pay on AliExpress.
5. Profit.
