Looking at the replies to this tweet I guess that truth is uncomfortable for some. It's interesting to see people deny the truth and the nature of Bitcoin. The genesis block is block 0. The first block in a blockchain. For Bitcoin Cash this happens to be the block mined by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009.
