The service that's missing for Bitcoin....easy offramp for n00bs

I'm personally a fan of the new "tips" feature on bitcoin.com. Like any bitcoiner (or at least most...) I love dolling out bitcoin to everyone I come in contact with. The question that always comes back is "what do I do with this, how do I turn it into cash". Bitcoin ATMs and exchanges are relatively complex - especially if you give someone a dollar. If I want to leave a tip for a waitress or a cleaning lady at my hotel, I feel like leaving them a piece of paper with a code on it is the bitcoiner equivalent to: "This is better then money, it's eternal life!" so I secretly feel that it's just going to get thrown out.

So what's the current, easy way to make it "real" for people? Maybe there's something already out there, but I think a service that essentially converted bitcoin to fiat over credit card would be killer for people to 'get' that it's money....you go over to creditcard.bitcoin.com, you scan the private key, stick in your credit card and *bam* it goes to your credit card. That obviously is crap for security, and they'd need to keep the limit low (like 50$ since it's primarily for tips, etc...) yada yada....but it's a very convenient way for people to get that there's a way to turn it into their local fiat without all of the complexities that exist today. Today we try to make it easy to onramp into crypto by accepting creditcard, but what's missing is an efficient way to offramp for those who want to....sad that I'm saying credit is the easiest on/off ramp but it's true - it's the same 2 names everywhere in the world.

Thoughts? Does this already exist? Good idea? Crap idea? /u/memorydealers any chance adding that to your tipping service?
