What if during the 2017 bull run, Bitcoin Core (BTC) actually worked as advertised? Fast, cheap, reliable. Imagine if everyone that bought BTC could have experienced what "Magic Internet Money" is supposed to really be like? Well, they didn't. Instead they experienced something slow, expensive, and unreliable. No wonder the bubble popped as hard as it did. It's like paying to see a movie only to discover it's a horrible movie. You're definitely not going to pay to see it again, or recommend it to your friends.
