More than 6,000 units of the global Bitcoin ATM have been sold, Cryptoglovbe reported Tuesday.
According to Coin ATM radar data, the number of bitcoin ATMs installed in different parts of the world totaled 6003 as of November 17.
By country, ATMs in the U.S. topped 3,900, followed by 653 in Canada and 272 in Britain, the survey showed.
Cryptoglobe said the increase in ATMs is a positive sign of growing demand, saying that ATMs charge high transaction fees of up to 15 percent, but provide convenience.
