Let me get this out of the way first:
100% of all my crypto assets are in Bitcoin Cash.
90% of my net worth is in Bitcoin Cash.
I own an order of magnitude more Bitcoin Cash than fiat.
And IFP or not I'm not fucking selling. Ever. Until we burn fiat to the ground.
And I'm not some OG that lucked out by getting in super early. I came on as a lower-class libertarian in 2016-2017 and exerted all my energy to be fully invested.
If anyone's invested, it's me. And as a holder, I care about the IFP.
1) First of all, we need Bitcoin ABC to keep the code on Bitcoin Cash clean and running. I don't want Bitcoin Cash to become another abandoned project like Litecoin. First the innovation dies, and then the culture dies with it. ABC is the only project miners seem to be willing to run, and if they quit then the damage would be catastrophic.
2) I want to see Avalanche come to fruition. Having to wait on confirmations is a real pain, and people need to be able to spend securely anywhere with zero fear. This also opens the door for secure smart contracts on Bitcoin Cash.
3) Furthermore on Avalanche: Avalanche can help us solve a lot of the governance problems that's allowed BCH leadership to implement an IFP in the first place. It's apparent that there's a degree of inherent centralization here, and we need to be open to fixing it.
4) We need to expedite scaling improvements. Bitcoin Cash will DIE if we can't get to gigabyte and terabyte blocks. It's either world money or fail, we can't compete with fiat if fiat is global and we're not.
5) We need to finish the Bitcoin Cash protocol. After we do, we can do a sort of "lock down" and just maintain the code. Devs can then start building new applications on top of Bitcoin Cash. But as an unfinished project, we face way more attack vectors. We need to finish our improvements now before world adoption, because after world adoption it will be too late. And if we fail to impress the world, we may miss our chance.
