BitPay is horrible

So I’ve had a Bitpay card for quite some time now. I purchased a pair of shoes a while ago using my Bitpay Card (purchased 1 day delivery) and the total came out to about $115. I ended up returning the shoes and got the cost of the shoes sent back to my BitPay card which was about $98. I try using the card the next day and my Bitpay card keeps getting declined at several stores. I call the number in the back of the card and they tell me I got my account frozen/locked because they saw a return on my account which had no previous history of the same amount. (I told them obviously because that $98 return doesn't include the shipping I paid for) Point is, now they are asking me to send them a copy of the return invoice (which I have no problem doing) along with 2 proofs of ID. 1 being a picture of the front and back of my social security card (TO THEIR EMAIL WTF.) So I speak to a manager/supervisor and tell her that I don't feel safe sending them a picture of my social security, especially through email) and proceeds to say that I have no need to worry that they are secure and have a security team. Point is, they said that is the only way to get my account unfrozen, and at this point I don't even care about my account with Bitpay, I'll close it if I have to. I just want access to my damn funds. Screw Bitpay.
