"Judicial disqualification, also referred to as recusal, is the act of abstaining from participation in an official action such as a legal proceeding due to a conflict of interest"
Up until this point, we've seen the opposite. We've seen ABC hard-coding their own addresses like wolves circling sheep. We've seen 60-day old sock-puppet trolls spamming in favor of the theft.
The ABC "developers" have not addressed that this tax also introduces centralization into protocol development (them). This change excludes projects that they disagree with: Flowee and Bitcoin Unlimited which are more decentralized than ABC's king Amaruy.
Bitcoin (now Bitcoin Cash) was meant to prevent the inherent weakness of centralization. Once this goes in effect, they will be tyrants over Bitcoin Cash forever and will have no incentive to develop and every incentive to be gatekeepers (they already have). If this change goes through, the Bitcoin Cash protocol will be considered dead just as BTC is considered dead after Blockstream captured it.
If you believe the above and you're a miner, exchange or user, I humbly ask that you switch away from running BitcoinABC. If you believe in Bitcoin Cash as decentralized peer-to-peer electronic cash, you should stand against this poison.
