I've been learning about the technology behind bitcoin. Could someone please help me understand the following?

- Why couldn't the public key be used instead of the address?

- If inputs are unlocked using a multi-signature redeem script (i.e. to spend the inputs two signatures are required), who from those 2 people providing the signatures actually spends the input?

- If I'm a miner and I have access to the pool of unconfirmed transactions, why can't I just change one of the output of one of those transaction to my address?

Thank you for any answers :D
