Are other cryptos slowly de-coupling from BTC? It seems like other cryptocurrencies are starting to have their own bull-runs and outperforming Bitcoin, slowly, but steadily...

I've been looking at CMC for a while and it seems like cryptocurrency prices are slowly de-coupling from Bitcoin. Is there any possible explanation for this? From the looks of it, VeChain, Cardano, Chainlink, Bat, Tezos, and many more seem to be having really good performance - even relative to BTC. Any chance that anybody knows why this is? It looks like a lot of the market is starting to de-couple from BTC price correlations...
