Reliance MF Files For A New Open-Ended Fund Of Funds Scheme Reliance MF filed with SEBI for a new fund called Reliance Junior BeES FoF, on July 12, 2018. Reliance Mutual Fund filed with market regulator SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) for new open-ended fund of funds scheme – Reliance Junior BeES FoF. The new scheme will invest a major portion (about 90 percent) of the entity in units issued by Reliance ETF Junior BeES. Reliance Junior BeES FoF will invest the remaining portion of the corpus in reverse repo, short-term fixed deposits, collateralised borrowing and lending obligations, and liquid mutual fund schemes or MF schemes which invest mainly in money market instruments, according to The HINDU Business Line. The investment objective of the new scheme is to generate returns that closely correspond to returns provided by Reliance ETF Junior BeES fund by investing in units of Reliance ETF Junior BeES. But, there is no guarantee that the investment objective of the plan will be accomplished. The fund price of the Reliance MF scheme will be units of 10 Rupees each during the NFO (New Fund Offer) and Continuous offer for Units at NAV based prices. The minimum application amount for the new fund scheme will be 5,000 Rupees and in multiples of one Rupee thereafter. The minimum additional purchase amount for the same will be 1000 Rupees and in multiples of one Rupee thereafter. The Scheme offers Growth and Dividend Plans under the Direct Plan and Regular Plan. The Growth Plan includes Growth Option, and the Dividend Plan includes Dividend Payout Option and Dividend Reinvestment Option. Reliance Junior BeES FoF comes under the performance benchmark index – Nifty Next 50 Index.
