I noticed this 1% fee and thought other people might not mind to have this pointed out. I used electron cash to split coins. I did not need the splitter tool.
Electron cash by default sends out transactions with a lock that means they must be included in a future block. This means that you can send BCH and the transaction will not be accepted by the BSV network until BSV catches up. (This could happen in reverse if BSV ever catches up.)
Very good write up here: https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/9xmh2n/psa_how_to_split_your_coins_with_electron_cash/
I was playing with coinomi and everything got replayed. The transactions were to me, so I didn't loose anything (except a fee.) I think coinomi offers a good product, but if your looking for a bargain, electron cash will do it for only network fees.
